Our sitters are local residents from all walks of life.
We have homemakers, people in dual careers, retirees,

| Q: |
What does a "consultation" consist of? |
| A: |
We come to your home to meet you and your pet. We
will ask you questions about your pet's activity levels,
feeding habits, what your pets like and don't like, your
home needs (mail, newspaper, plants watered) as well as
emergency phone numbers and contacts. At this time we
will also need two sets of keys. The consultation takes
approximately half an hour. If you would like to meet the
sitter who will be coming into your home we can arrange
this for a fee of $5.00. We encourage our clients to meet
their sitters so they feel absolutely comfortable leaving
their pets and home in our care.

What is Pet Watchers cancellation policy? |
| A: |
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from
9am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9am to 1pm. We would
appreciate any cancellations on those days before 10am.
This allows us time to notify your sitter when they
call each morning. On weekends we check our messages
daily but cannot guarantee that we will be able to reach
your sitter in time to cancel. We suggest that you
call us as soon as you think your plans have changed and
we will do our best to accommodate that change.

|
| Q: |
How far in advance do I need to make reservations? |
| A: |
As far in advance as your plans allow. Unfortunately
we have had to turn away last minute callers during
the busy holiday weekends each year. Especially during
the Thanksgiving through New Years holidays. We ask
all our clients to make their reservations early.
Additionally, payment for Thanksgiving arrangements
are due by November 1st, and Christmas and New
Years payments are due by December 1st. Advance
payments allows us to secure a scheduled time for
your pet.
